Just took it to Europe on a trip. It was great! All the features worked well: smaller zipper pockets, adjustable strap, ability to wear a few ways, pouch in large pocket, accessible & safe phone pouch, & more. So glad I got this!! Lovely bag. Got to Italy and bought some beer and realized we didn't have any bottle openers. Looked around, had nothing but, AHA, the shoulder buckle nice and strong. Hold bottle securely between knees, place edge of buckle under edge of bottle top and pull firmly straight up. Success!!!!
